An assistant sub-inspector was allegedly assaulted inside a police station in Thane district, Maharashtra, leading to a case being registered against four individuals.
Police in Thane, Maharashtra, have registered a case against a 28-year-old man accused of flashing at a 13-year-old girl in the Bhiwandi area. The incident allegedly occurred on March 14, and the case was registered based on the girl's mother's complaint.
The accused, a resident of Shantinagar in Bhiwandi, was booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code for rape and criminal intimidation, as the alleged crime occurred when the IPC was in force.
